Most companies have difficulty in finding top people because of three common mistakes:
First is, they hire someone for what they know and then fire them for who they are.
Second, they hire quickly and fire slowly.
Third is, that they base their hiring decision on a person’s previous experience.
This is a poor indicator of a person’s future performance. The best is to look at their behavioral traits.
